Signatures requirements should have the option to be removed.
It is not polite or professional of me to send intake questions for the clients first experience and then force them to submit a formal signature on whether or not they told the truth about their hair. It comes across as strange and not the impression I would like to make about my business. It also deters clients from filling out the form- they just back out of it and don't submit.
When a client submits a form it should be attached to their profile.
When I am working I would like to click on the client and see everything about them in one place. It's not fair of me to expect my employees to back out, go to a separate section, do a search, find the client, and then review the form- for every single visitor- on top of all the work we already do.
Love square, just don't understand how this feature is so off.
