Allow Discount Codes for Online Appointments

Hi,

After spending quite some time searching through the forums for a way to enable this, I realized that it simply isn't possible. It's honestly surprising that this still isn't possible in 2026.

The ability for customers to apply a promo or coupon code when booking an appointment online is one of the most basic features of any modern booking system. Yet this has been requested by the community since 2017, and it's still missing.

As a business owner, this creates a poor customer experience. We have to manually refund discounts, create workarounds, or simply avoid using promotional codes altogether for appointments. That defeats the whole purpose of having a coupon system.

This isn't an advanced feature—it's a fundamental part of online booking. Customers naturally expect to be able to enter a promo code before confirming and paying for their appointment.

Please make this a priority. After nearly a decade of community requests, it's hard to understand why such a basic capability is still unavailable.

Yeah…. it’s much needed. 
Square has unified all its apps into one (POS, Retail, Appointments, etc all now available through POS app) but discounts cannot apply to Appointments. We should have feature parity.
