I have seen other users that have a custom message that gives instructions to customers on scheduling or what to do when they arrive at their appointments. Is this option no longer available? I saw a previous thread that said you could edit the message under the COVID 19 tab but I no longer see create a custom message there.
You can do this customize the email notifications. Appointments -> Settings -> Communication -> scroll down to "Email Notification Customization" and you can add custom messages to any of the emails.
I don't want to send it via email. I want it to appear when they are scheduling the initial appointment.
I actually just found it when I logged out and logged back in. There is a tab at the very top that says COVID 19 resources and funding. I was able to enter the message there.
