My shop is set up so that UK orders get free shipping over £45 and it's £1.50 under that. If it's to be shipped abroad, the shipping cost is £20.
Tonight, my wife tried to place an order using her Apple tablet and Safari. She has previously placed orders using her Windows desktop. However tonight, no matter what she put in, the system wanted to charge her £20 for shipping. We tried changing the payment method, the address, shop as "guest", nothing would stop it.
So, I logged in as me (I am also a customer) on my Windows PC, duplicated the order and it set the shipping correctly.
So, why would this be? What was it that we missed off?

Hi @alansh, thanks for flagging this.
It sounds to me like everything is set up correctly, can you share a link to your website so that I can do some testing?
I'll keep an eye out.
Thanks @alansh, I tested on Safari on an iPhone and also on a Mac using two different postcodes in the UK and both times the shipping applied was £3.99.
Then I tried an order of £48 and the free shipping applied.
Can you clear the browser history on the Apple tablet and try again and let me know if the same issue occurs? If so can you DM me the post code you are testing with so I can look further into this? Thanks.
I’m in the U.K. and quite often get a message saying “It looks like you are in the USA…….” when opening this community page using Safari. It might be be something similar causing the problem - cookies or whatever
