Hi! I am currently @ 49% paid of my 8th loan with square. Typically offers have come in at around 50-60% since. I have seen a few people mentioning that they now do a soft credit pull and am wondering if this pertains to personal credit or business credit?

New offers are not automatically extended when a certain percentage of an existing loan is repaid, but your business may become eligible for a new offer when your existing plan is closer to being repaid. This timing helps to ensure a significant portion of a new loan can be used to reinvest in your business directly rather than repaying your existing loan balance.

Keep in mind that we can’t guarantee that another offer will be extended before or after the current plan is complete. Repaying your existing plan does not guarantee that your business will be eligible for another offer.

I usually get an update between 11am-1pm. I am currently waiting for an offer at 77% repayment. 

The only marker I have is a Prepayment. Which already cleared but has changed the marker. Hopefully an offer hits today. I have never experienced one that goes past 75% repayment.

Same. It's 5pm and I don't have a new timestamp either. That's never happened before.

Interesting. Unfortunately I made a mistake with the prepayment and used the ACH transfer method. Which throws an apparent 10 biz day wrench in the process. I am on my 13th loan for $36,800. Again, it has never gone past 75% before the next offer. It's usually between 60-70%. I am hoping todays delay isn't a glitch. I hope you hear good news soon too,

My timestamp also didn’t update this afternoon like it normally does. Came here to see if that happened to anyone else. 

I’m sitting at 62% of my 24th loan since the launch in 2014. The last loan was also my highest to date. Sales are up this year by about 32%, transactions up about 15%. So far it’s been a great year and I’m hoping loan #25 is the biggest yet! 

side note, I also have the Square Credit Card.

I'm curious about the credit card? Did that pop up randomly?

I had it pop up in January of "you're on the list" and to wait for an offer but nothing other than that.

Update with my few locations 

1st - 69% received an offer almost 2 months ago. 
2nd -85% no offer (sales are up)

3rd- 94% no offer (consistent ) 

4th- 72% no offer ( sales are up) 

5th - 63% no offer ( sales are up) my busiest 

If I’ll compare it on the past loans,on these paid off percentage in each stores? 
I should get offers by now.. 

each stores have different characteristics.

couple of them experience the glitch yesterday the others didn’t. 
if all of these stores don’t get any offer soon? That will be so interesting.. 

square need to at least get it together

Keep in mind, when determining eligibility, each location is regularly evaluated for loan offers based on many different factors, including each location’s history with Square and its payment processing volume. Each offer will be tied directly to the card processing from each individual location with a maximum of one loan offer per eligible location.

We are officially on uncharted territory. 

All markers are green and I am at 78% repayment. 

The first time in 6 years it's gone this long with the same generic response from Square.

What are your other numbers like? Up for the year? And by how big of a percentage? How many loans have you had in the past? Do you also have the Square credit card?

My brother got an offer last month at only 45% paid, and he’s barely above even over last year, so the offers do appear to be totally random.

Wow. Really? My processing is up 90% from last year. Meaning my sales have almost doubled. Everything good and paid off but nothing.

Yes, I was very surprised! I’m up 32% over last year, which was up 30% over the year before that, so steady growth on my end.

I’m sitting at 64% of my 24th loan in 12 years, my most recent being from October and the highest ever. It was offered to me at 65%, so we’ll see what happens over the next couple of weeks! I’m hoping for a BIG one.

My last one was in October too but it's paid off now. It was a couple hundred less than my biggest one but it makes sense because I was closed for two weeks in May and two in June last year due to flooding.
