December 2025 Square Loans

This is my 18th loan with square, these loans have helped build my business tremendously since 2019. my lowest offer being 2100 to now paying off my highest of 38,900 - 80% paid off - always early pay off before the due date metrics.. I know the usual square verbiage "no guarantee of an offer, must be 3/4th paid for any hopes" etc.. just wondering if anyone please in similar shoes as me, has seen an offer in December yet? I desperately need this holiday boost , all metrics green and I could almost swear id have one by now .. usually I hit from lowest 54% to highest 87% but majority have been BEFORE hitting 80%... getting anxious. Anybody getting a loan recently?

its so dumb that any businesses are receiving new loan 9ffers when they havent paid off existkng loan but businesses hhat have had them paid for months have to sit and not receive an offer seriously. Injust dont umderstand thenlogic in it instead of rewarding hhenpeople that pay their loans off early like myself get one offer a year and then Insee all these other people getting new offers at 70% 82% 65%  what in the literal F25k and why it makes absolutely no sense at all!!!

Same here, its bananas. I paid 4 loans in a row off early and here it is 3 weeks and no offer. Not even a small offer. F'd up. And im **bleep**ed

I still cant even view what does and doesnt need work cause no one at square can tell me whh I am still jnable to view the eligibility factors page so I have  no clue if im in the red or need to work on whatever cause square stilll hasnt fixed problem. Im at a loss as asking here goes nowhere asking on phone goes nowhere asking by email goes nowhere how am I supposed to get help if no kne at square will help??

Wow so again here I sit no offers 100%paid off loan for going on a mknth and yet I see all these other people with offers at 61%, 82% 73% it just makes absolutely no sense that Dquare wont offer new loans to people that have there previous lians paid in full but they keep offerjng new loans to people thag have only paid off 60% of there existing loans its mind numbingly infuriating  Congrats to everyone who got new lian offers but hey Square moderators maybe yoh giys should look into figuring out some way to help out hhe business that already have there previous loans paid instead of offering additional loans to people that already have loans and have not paid them back yet. Yoh all say yoh eanna make.sure thag the business can pay the loans before you can offer new loans to them whle you are issuing new loans yo people that still have not paid off there current loans that is just so dumb to me clearly ly business aas anle to pay off hhe last loan so whh woild that not be a factor when offering a new loan to a.business?

question do you have anyone from square that calls you? Like account representative? Cause I receives call once in a while from a representative that’s monitoring my accounts. They helped me with free hardware and I even asked them if they can find out why I don’t receive any offers to my other locations. And they told me that’s because that locations sales declined to much. 
Or there’s an issue that blocking that account. And they said they will investigate.

so if I have issues I only talk to this representative. I hope there’s one designated for you too

Lol thats the stuff dreams are made of. I cant get anyone from square to help me with anything I wish I had some poing of contact that would actually try to resolve any issues in my acct but Nope I get no calls, no replies when emailing, no help over live chat, no help when I call in... I just get to pay fees to Square aside from them taking my money they dont do much for me even when I try on public forums its so stupid.

My other location just got an offer it’s on 90% paid off. But it’s the lowest offer. Only 2700 it’s 75% lower than the last loan.  But u assume it’s because it’s a slow location.not as busy as another one

Yeah I still cant even get the algorithm to update it hasnt updated in weeks and no one can seem to tell me why or can figure out a way to make the acct refresh so that I at least have some idea of why I cant get a new offer this is so frustrating that no one at Square can help me with my Square acct??? Any ideas on who I can contact to get help since Square cant seem yo hell me with my Square acct??

Once in a while I have a square representative calling me just to ask me if I need anything or any help. she help me for free hardwares.She said she’s my account manager. I’m not sure if they send everyone the same people or they designate.

Just got an offer today at 3:35. Was 81% paid off from my 4th loan. This offer was about 1,000 less ($5,600) than the last one even though sales have been up.

What time do they usually update your loan? Mine is at usually. 12-1 pm. So wondering if it still sends new offers after it's been updated for the day. 😭🤞🏻

It updated at 12:20ish I think & didn’t get the offer til 3:30.

I’ve gotten an offer at like 6:00pm once!

I got an offer but it's being very akward. I keep trying to reachout to square because I think I submitted something my bank/lender was suppsoed to send and now I'm worried I've messed something up because it's taking longer than it should. I dunno what to do cuz the Chat Agent isn't working. Getting enrvous about it

My other location just received an offer 4k higher than the last loan. And it’s 57% paid off. 
I didn’t expect this after some locations needed 100%paid off or 90% to get an offer:

Wow thats awesome though. My last loand been paid in full since Nov. 22nd Im up 65k in sales over my last years processing totals.  No disputes no chargebacks and of course NO Offers... 😞 

My last loan offer was for 5500 I had it paid in full in less then 90 days from when I received it And I run an audio video installation company.
