December 2025 Square Loans

This is my 18th loan with square, these loans have helped build my business tremendously since 2019. my lowest offer being 2100 to now paying off my highest of 38,900 - 80% paid off - always early pay off before the due date metrics.. I know the usual square verbiage "no guarantee of an offer, must be 3/4th paid for any hopes" etc.. just wondering if anyone please in similar shoes as me, has seen an offer in December yet? I desperately need this holiday boost , all metrics green and I could almost swear id have one by now .. usually I hit from lowest 54% to highest 87% but majority have been BEFORE hitting 80%... getting anxious. Anybody getting a loan recently?

Hi @beautyspabrow

Thanks for posting on the Seller Community.

We appreciate your loyalty when choosing to partner with Square for your past business loans. We understand that not being immediately eligible can be frustrating, but we are unable to override the automatic review process. Offers are based on many business factors including, but not limited to, your current payment processing volume, your customer mix, and your Square account history. At this time, we can’t predict if or when your business may be eligible for an additional Square Loan. Wow. That's awesome. Well, today I got out of Needs Work after dropping to that after Christmas. I was happy for that. Now hoping for an offer.

It would be helpful when posting updates of loans offered to give everyone some basic info.  Was it higher or lower than the previous offer?  What percentage was paid?  And what industry is your business in?  I think there is so much variance by industry in relation to time of year too.  Seeing the last two posts re: offers today and seeing how different each experience was, there is valuable info to be had in my 3 questions above.

My 1st loan was 2700 only, and paid it off 100% in more than a month.
the new offer is 7900 I’ll say that because I’m busier this holiday season.
This location is a churro truck.

I have 5 locations. And the algorithm of square is so hard to figure out.

my other store is sitting on 89% right now

But no offers.

I’ve experienced 40% paid off and received an offer.

good luck to everyone
