Feature Request - Group Bookings for Square Appointments

I run a variety of exercise services.  A weekend bootcamp that goes for 8 weeks each so once people sign up they are automatically in for the next 8 weeks.

Kids bootcamp which are only on at set times each week based on age group.

And then one-to-one personal training which I have a few appointments a week available.

I am struggling to organise the various bookings on Square.  Is it possible to have one service that is booked and paid for once every 8 weeks.  

The kids bootcamp people can sign up each week but I can't work out how to limit the two sessions to only one particular age group.

The one-to-one sessions are okay, I've managed to get those done. 

Any advice appreciated.  TIA

Is cluster booking an available option on Square appointments yet? I saw a thread back in 2019 however unsure if it's available yet. As a PT Studio owner who runs classes, I have to manually book everyone in for say a 6pm class. It's frustrating because I hate having to chase everyone, if my website allowed people go cluster book then this wouldn't be an issue.

We're a winery in Australia looking to take group wine tasting bookings via Square Online.

We need to be able to book in groups of 10-30 people for specific time slots throughout the day and take payment for their tasting at the time of booking.

Another request for group bookings. Dog training business. Puppy Preschool class with 6 families & pups that runs for 5 weeks. 

Also group classes that can be selected on an as need basis for older dogs - open enrolment classes.

Is there a rough ETA for the release of the group bookings feature? We are needing an option to allow multiple people to sign up for the one session to facilitate group coaching sessions for our programs. These programs are due to start in 4 weeks time so keen to hear how you and the team are getting on with the development of this feature.

Hi, @SACA, just jumping in here on behalf of my colleagues.

If I had more news to share at this time I would absolutely let you know, however, we're not privy to the internal development timelines of the Product Team. What we have been told and what we're able to share is that this is a feature request that is still very much on our radar.

I know it's not the answer you're looking for but we have no further news to share at this time. 

In terms of available workarounds, one idea could be creating this session as a once-off event on your Square Online site and assigning a limit to the number of available tickets/slots. Have a read of the steps to create and sell non-physical items in Square Online and let us know if this is something that could be helpful in the meantime.

When will you be upgrading to be able to have 

One service - group fitness class with One Staff Member - at the same time?

For example:

Group fitness class with Emily *staff member* at 6pm-630pm and 4 people need to be able to book?

I am a First Aid Trainer and also interested in group or class booking options. I have multiple services (different certificates) and would like for clients to be able to all book in for the same start time. These services go for different lengths of time, so having a start time only would be great but having multiple clients book in to the same class.
