Feature Request - Group Bookings for Square Appointments

I run a variety of exercise services.  A weekend bootcamp that goes for 8 weeks each so once people sign up they are automatically in for the next 8 weeks.

Kids bootcamp which are only on at set times each week based on age group.

And then one-to-one personal training which I have a few appointments a week available.

I am struggling to organise the various bookings on Square.  Is it possible to have one service that is booked and paid for once every 8 weeks.  

The kids bootcamp people can sign up each week but I can't work out how to limit the two sessions to only one particular age group.

The one-to-one sessions are okay, I've managed to get those done. 

Any advice appreciated.  TIA

Any news on this front,

I am a pilates studio owner, was going to use square to run my finances but am now looking at mindbody as this software is quite difficult,

Or if you can suggest something I can do to make it work with square I can try that first before having to switch...

Thank you for writing in to our community, and highlighting this feature request! We don't have an update on group bookings for Square Appointments at the moment, but we'll update this thread if we have news to share.

Wanting to provide a seamless booking system for art classes, I set the 'appointment' or class time - stipulate the maximum amount of students/'clients' and my customers book away.
I'll need to move away from square at this stage but would much prefer to keep everything altogether!!!

I want to be able to book multiply clients at a time. I am a daycare service and need to be able to have 10 different clients at the same time. Is this possible?

Group bookings are not currently available with Square Appointments, however I've moved your post to this existing feature request thread so we can track all feedback in the one place.

It's been a popular request so hopefully it's one we'll see built in the future! We'll update this thread if we have any news to share here in the future.

Group bookings or Classes, would be an amazing feature. Currently I'm using a separate feature through Wix to manage my "Classes", I then have to manually drop them into the Appointments app to be able to overlap multiple clients. This is time consuming when I'd rather have it automated so I can simply engage with clients rather than spend time inputting information. I operate a Dog Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, and Massage facility and require the ability to book multiple clients at a time for one side of the business (Daycare and Boarding), as well as individual appointments as is already available in the Appointments app. It would also be very beneficial for my clients who have multiple animals to be able to book grooming sessions as one appointment rather than two separate appointments. 

Theres a lot that's great about the Appointments app, but this functionality would take it to the next level for what seems like a lot of people out there. 

Really looking forward to this functionality.

I run a music school and offer group lessons. Having group bookings online would be ideal, at the moment we can only book 1 on 1 classes online. Could you add one more vote to add this as a feature! Thank you!

I run art workshops and was looking at square appointments to help with.bookings.

There are 6 in a class. Can I set up square so people can book and pay online for this group?
