Can my customers book multiple days at once?

Hello! I run a dog-walking business and am wondering if there is a way for my customers to book appointments on multiple days at once instead of having to re-enter their info every time.

I.E., Rufus needs a walk on 5/22, 5/24-5/25 and 5/28.

Welome to the Seller Community!

While you can enable your customers to book multiple servies with the same staff member, you're not able to book multiple days for the same appointment. 

They'll need to go through the booking flow for each day, or have you manually add these appointments for them on your end through your calendar in your Appointments Dashboard.

Hmm, I'm not sure Appointments would be ideal for this scenario. At least currently, Square Appointments does not offer full day or overnight booking. You could create a "service" that would act as a reservation, and have it fill your available appointment time for a particular day, but it may look pretty confusing from the customer's perspective. 

Definitely see how it would be a useful feature in this example, so thanks for sharing. Let us know if you have any other questions around this!

Is there a way to make durations days and weeks instead of hours?

Hey @RWBII, I'm not 100% sure I fully understand what you are looking for. When you say "duration" are you speaking to the length of your services in your Square Appointments, the pick up time for your Square Online Store or something else?

Yes I am referring to the length of service. I wanted to be able to be booked weekly

Enabling appointments for a whole week isn't currently available but I'd love to learn a little more about how you would use that.

What type of service would you need to have a full week booked for? Would you want multiple people to be able to book or are you simply looking for one client per week?

I too would like longer "appointments".  I run a camera rental business so customers rent for days and weeks not hours.   My mom also runs a B&B and she could use longer appointments to book out rooms for days.   So in the case of a Bed and Breakfast you would set a check-in time and check-out time.   In my rental case it would be the opposite a 'check-out' time and then a return time.

How can a client book a recurring appointment? Say there is a service that requires 3 sessions in one week, (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00-2:00). Or, 1 session each week for a month (4 Mondays @ 1:00). How could they book that online? Or, how could I properly set up the service to let them do that?

Hello @SkylerE this is a great feature request! 

While we currently don't have this ability. I see how this could be helpful for customers or businesses that want recurring appointments.
