Can my customers book multiple days at once?

Hello! I run a dog-walking business and am wondering if there is a way for my customers to book appointments on multiple days at once instead of having to re-enter their info every time.

I.E., Rufus needs a walk on 5/22, 5/24-5/25 and 5/28.

Welome to the Seller Community!

While you can enable your customers to book multiple servies with the same staff member, you're not able to book multiple days for the same appointment. 

They'll need to go through the booking flow for each day, or have you manually add these appointments for them on your end through your calendar in your Appointments Dashboard.

Hmm, I'm not sure Appointments would be ideal for this scenario. At least currently, Square Appointments does not offer full day or overnight booking. You could create a "service" that would act as a reservation, and have it fill your available appointment time for a particular day, but it may look pretty confusing from the customer's perspective. 

Definitely see how it would be a useful feature in this example, so thanks for sharing. Let us know if you have any other questions around this!

I have a website with Square for my rental business. Allowing my customers to rent equipment over a period of days is fundamental. Does Square Appointments allow customers to do this?

I own a vehicle detailing business and i am trying to figure out the whole square scheduler. 

I am trying to make it so someone can schedule a full detailing service that takes me about 24 hours to do. 

That means their vehicle will be at my shop for about 3 days. 

the problem im having is you cant schedule the 24 hour service because we are only open for 10 hours a day. 

is there any way to let them schedule services that last longer than one day?

Creating appointments with a duration longer than 24 hours is considered a feature request at this time.

hi. i use square for my hair business. i had recommended that my husband use it for his handyman business and although square appointments works for some of our jobs (ones that span a few hours) the bigger jobs (that last a few weeks) are really hard to schedule/cash out. 

we would really love this feature. i think simply adding “select days” as an appointment option rather than “select recurring” and then cashing out would “group” these appointments as 1.

I have an hourly office rental? I have customers that either want to schedule a repeating rental (say every Wednesday from 1-4) or schedule multiple days (say Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of a single week). Currently the customer needs to purchase each day as a separate transaction. We all know that once a customer completed a purchase, you are less likely to get them back again immediately. So, it would be much better business for myself and for Square to allow customers to purchase multiple days or set up repeat transactions. 

How do I do this?

I read the whole tread and looks like its been years and years and square still didn’t add this “feature” which is basically should be there by default. my iphone calendar has this.

I am in a same boat, I run vehicle related business, most (99%) services require multiple days to do and there is no way to do this in square appointments. feel like square was designed for hair salon or coffee shop but nothing vehicle or tech related. I apologize if I am sounding rude or anything, its just its 2022 and its still doesn’t work the way it should be. like almost every vehicle related business (performance, tuning, detailing, wraps, ppf, repair, collision and so on) will require multiple days appointment. Tech repair, appliances repair, anything that you have to bring to the store/shop to get fixed will be multiple days. Like how much more do you need? word economy doesn’t run on retail stores alone, you missing out on a huge market.
