image ratio not updating

I want to try a different image ratio but when I make the change, it doesn't change on my site. Any thoughts why?

I have some questions on what you're trying to accomplish and what you've already tried. 

What is the new ratio you are trying to change your image to? Just to confirm - you're trying to do this on your Online Store, correct? What steps have you tried?
