how can I make year to date sales private in sales reports?

I want my year to date sales private but my employees able to still see cc card sales for the day in order to close out, how can I change this? I tried on dashboard but does not seem to change anything. I feel this is a privacy issue I do not like

Hi @autumnfk! Welcome to the Community.

You could set your employees up under Team Management and select what you want them to see and not see under Permissions.

There's two tiers for Team Management so you could make one employee login for all your employees if you don't need to track individual employee sales so that way you can just choose the free option and make one login for them all.
