Hello! I've requested for an employee to be able to access our dashboard using her own personal email address, but there are no steps laid out for how the employee should do this. She did not receive an invite to complete setup, and she cannot access online via her email in the account and pin. Help!

Can you show us screenshots of your setup on the Dashboard under > Team?
