I processed hundreds of cards through Square this weekend and about 20% are missing the customer name in the transaction report. Why? I have looked at the individual receipts and only the illegible signature is visible.
Not all cards pass on the Customer Name during a transaction.

All of our transaction are via the online store. When I export transaction details for the day, several transactions have no customer details. I can see customer info on the email confirmation I get and in the order window but not on the transaction detail. Why?
I would like to be able to modify the Transaction Report to include the customers' names so that I can quickly look through to make sure I have input all of the transactions for the day. Sometimes in the craziness, things just get jotted down and not input properly. I want to teach my team to input all orders and transactions into the Square system, but we're not there yet.
