online ordering tone

I have a coffee shop and I have recently enabled online ordering from our website. This is a neat feature and many people are utilizing it. The online ordering is working well and the ticket prints automatically as the notifications pop up on the screen. The square POS also makes a very quiet notification tone when we receive a new online order. I do believe it is working as it is supposed to. However, the notification tone is so low that we often do not hear it. We notice the order that has printed or the notification on the screen. This becomes an issue when the morning or lunch rush hits. We are often busy during these times and there is not an employee just sitting there watching for an online order to come in. Also, the equipment in our coffee shop is loud so it makes it hard to hear the notification. The volume on the terminal is turned all the way up. Is there a way to make the notification more noticeable? Can you get like an external speaker to connect to it to make the notification louder? I am using the Square for retail POS system at the moment. Please let me know of any solutions you have. Thank you!

We have the same issue!

The majority of sales are still walk ins and so interested to know whether there is a better way of setting the notifications. We were going to try and link the ipad to an Alexa to see of the notifications came through more loudly but not had chance yet.

It would be fab if there could be an option for the notification to keep going/ or to repeat several times until you have acknowledged the new order to ensure that no orders are missed.
