I deactivated last week to transition stuff to a new site. (Totally seperate account through an LLC). But just received an order from my old site. I am not sure what to do. I can fill the order because I can see it in the email but I don’t want people ordering through there.... and where did their money go of that accounts is deactivated?
Hey @Gary11! It sounds like your Online Store is still accessible to the public through your Online Store settings.
You'll use the email address in which you received a notification about the Online Store order to login and change the settings.
Once logged in, navigate to the Online Store tab> Click Settings in the top right hand corner> Disable the button under Site Status that makes your store not visible online. That way, people won't be able to see your Online Store and place orders.
You should also be able to see which bank account the funds went into by clicking on Account & Settings from your Online Dashboard, then Bank Accounts. That will show your linked bank account for that specific Square account.
