I ordered my free square reader on November 1, 2022 and still haven't received it as of today; November 22, 2022. How much longer will it take to get the reader? I need to be able to collect rents and other revenue on a credit card.

@thehubkennewick Hey! Sorry it has taken so long for your reader to come in. What I would suggest is reaching out to square customer support and seeing if they have tracking on your reader. The other option would be manually entering credit card info when processing the payment on whatever you are using as your POS. If you have an IPhone you can accept tap payments directly on your iPhone.

@thehubkennewick I would recommend contacting the carrier to get an update on the shipping status. You can locate the carrier and tracking number by your order/shipping confirmation that you received via email.
