With the recent updates to Square for Retail, the "Save a Cart" function appears to have disappeared. Is there a way to get this to come back, or has it really gone away? If it has been done away with, it makes me very sad.

What interface are you using? I just use my Ipad with Square for Retail (Free) and it had the Save a Cart Feature still today 11-7-2021. Were you using an App on a cell phone, Register, Terminal, Square Stand etc. This information is really helpful for other users to be able to help you along with which Square system you are using.... Square Pos, Square for Retail (free) or Paid and then Square for Restaurants (free) or paid if they have those.
We're using the paid POS Square register. We also have the equivalent app on our phones and neither shows the Save a Cart feature. Register was updated last week.
I think they changed it to a "save ticket" option. I looked around and found that. I activated it so it shows on the checkout screen and that allowed me to create carts and go back to them when I need to.
Thanks for your response! It forced me to look more in depth into other changes that were pushed through with the update.

Is it possible that you were logged into the Retail app, then switched over to Point of Sale?
We recommend that you log out, then log back in and select Retail to see if that helps @marc_nook!
