I'm looking for the customer code to dispute a payment made

Currently, our Support team is only able to provide phone support to merchants who've successfully created Square accounts. 

As a customer, payment disputes are handled by your bank or card-issuer. You will need to contact them if you're unable to resolve a payment issue with a seller. Your card-issuer will notify Square to the payment, in turn.
