Square/Weebly website

Hi, I am trying to transfer over to another one of your partners (BigCommerce). And I currently have a site with Square/Weebly integration. And I would like to know how could I possibly utilize my square account on BigCommerce and not take two payments from two different websites (platforms) at the same time. I do not want to delete my square account for this matter.
