Hello @TrueBluePhotos !

Wow that's a loaded question with a lot of variables! 🙂

I've helped put together a proposal for a craft fair near my store in the past, and what we did was something like this:

I'm assuming you have multiple sellers at your fair. What we did was set each seller up as a Category, then each item they sold was tagged to their name. To make it easier on checkout, we had the sellers write their name on their sales tags. We toyed with the idea of bar codes and having scanners at checkout, but we ran into cost issues.

We had a couple of Square Terminals that were going to be used for checkout. When a customer came up to cash out, we would look at the name on the tag then match the item with the vendor's name/item list. This way we could ring up multiple vendors items at the same time.

At the end of the day, we were going to pull reports based on each vendor's name showing their total sales for the day. For cash sales, we were going to pay them out directly; for cc sales we were going to set up transfers to their accounts either via ACH or through a peer app like Cash App.

Unfortunately, covid killed this idea and that craft fair, but I think this would work for what you want to do.

Let me know if I can help more!
