Square Loyalty - Manually Entered Points Report & Customer not earning points.

We recently started using the Square Loyalty Program and have been converting our customers from our physical stamp card to our "digital stamp card." I was wondering if there was a way to run a report for each day, that would show only the manually entered points/stars. It would be helpful to see how many manual adjustments are made on a daily/monthly basis, and also be able to make sure that employees are not abusing the system by manually adjusting their friends/family's loyalty status.

 

Also, we have noticed that there are instances where a customer will get a message saying, "Purchase Did Not Qualify to Earn Stars" even though they purchased a qualifying item. We have our loyalty program set up to where a customer will earn 1 Star for any & every drink in a transaction. We aren't sure what could possibly be going wrong, and would like any insights.
