Move item in online store

I dont know why I'm having such trouble moving an item up in my online store. Please help! I've done it before but cant figure it this time.

@Amysti Are you using the Square Online Store? If so, you'll want to click  on Store Editor from your online store admin page. Once you're taken to the Store Editor page, all you need to do is click on an item and drag it where you want it to be displayed.

I could only move it on desktop, not iPad

Right @Amysti! This would all be done on the desktop through your online Dashboard.
