I am a retail seller. I can retrieve a buyer's receipt but it doesn't include the SKU # or the buyer's information i.e. shipping and email and phone contact. How can I get this receipt re sent to me in my email
I came here to ask that same question. I need all the customer's personal information, as well as the items purchased and deposit total after fees. Surely there must be somewhere to find this information in one place?
Just for clarification, both of you are looking for this information from eCommerce transactions on your account? That way you can ship customers their orders.
