Is there a report that shows items "complete" and "incomplete" for a certain time period?

Hi @ohgrate. What do you mean by 'incomplete' sales? You can filter the Transactions section of your online Square Dashboard by date to see a list of all completed transactions in a particular time period. 

If a payment was declined you'll see the payment attempts in the Transaction Status Report.

If you need to settle tips you can do so from the Point of Sale app.
