Replace inventory in Weebly without deleting it in my Square library

My Square library contains several thousand items that I sell in my physical store however I have a few dozen items that I want to start selling online as well. When I set up the online store I only had the one location built in my Square dashboard and all of the inventory synced over to Weebly. I saw a recommendation in the community to create a separate location in Square to cover the online items and I marked those items' availability which worked perfectly, but everything else is still in the library as well.  When I try to remove the offline only items I get a warning that it will sync backward to Square and remove the items from both libraries. I haven't published anything and would like to just dump the other 3K items that won't be sold online but I'm ok with deleting the whole Weebly store and starting from scratch if necessary. Please help.

Thanks for your question, @aeacus. Are the other 3k items set to unavailable in your online store? I don't think there's a way to delete them now without removing them within your Square account, and there isn't a way at the moment to create a whole new Square Online Store site. That might be an option in the future, though. It is mostly that you just don't want to see the all the other items listed on the item management page?

I have them set to unavailable or hidden for some.  If I don't hide them they show up under the Shop All page. So yes basically I'm just trying to keep from having to do so much work hiding all of those items that I don't intend to sell on the site and it does make managing and finding the items that I do want to sell on the site difficult. Let me ask you, if I were to cancel the site and then sign back up again would it purge the existing site and allow me to start from scratch?

It is possible to set the status to unavailable in bulk. Go to Items > Item Library, and change the per-page option to 100 (the maximum). Next click the checkbox on the top of the list of items and then use the button to the right to set the status to unavailable. If you have 3000 items that's 30 pages of it, although that's a lot better than doing them individually or in groups of 25. I would also go to Settings > Square Sync and enable the option to mark newly imported items as unavailable, just so you don't have to worry about doing it with new items in the future.

There isn't a way right now to create a whole new online store and associate with your Square account outside of making an entirely new Square account.
