How do we get the shipping address to automatically go into a customer's profile? Is this just a glitch or are you telling me that there is no way to add the address besides MANUALLY ENTERING?
Please say it's not the latter. I assume not since it seems ridiculous to not have this feature and automatically populate - what's the point to have customers enter their shipping address if we have manually enter their info AGAIN on the backend?
Please tell me I'm wrong.
