Notes entered on a computer aren't showing up on mobile

I have an employee entering notes into the note section when someone purchases a package (I own a spa, and sell multiple services at a discounted price). A lot of the times I have clients back to back so I rely on the mobile app to look at appointments/client notes. I've noticed the notes my employee enters are not appearing on mobile. Is there a way I can make this happen?

That sounds strange @KayleeWhite If your employee adds a note to the Appointment from a computer you should be able to see it in the app.

 

Can you check that you're using the latest version of the Appointments Point of Sale app? 

 

If you're still having trouble seeing the note I recommend calling our CS team. Let them know that you've updated your phone, and also let them know what permission this employee has. They'll be able to take a closer look on the back end.
