When entering services in calendar theres an entry to create 'block extra time' for each service for clean up and drive time to next appointment. I've selected 30 min for each service I offer. I sharpen scissors, blades, etc. What if I'm servicing several items in one appointment? will it only block 30min after that appointment is done or is the the system going to add all the blocked time up for all the service items? Obviously I only need 30 min after all the items are done.
Hello @daknpake, this is a great question! I didn't know the answer off the top of my head so I had to do some testing.
If each service has it's own block time, it will compound the block time as you add each additional service. The quick fix is to use the Block Extra Time option when editing or creating an appointment. I've found that it supersedes the block time for each service.
