My chip reader is damaged & the serial number is to small to read so I can't return it
@marthag @leahbray2 Agreed! It can be pretty challenging to read the numbers, as they're quite small! In the past, I've worked with some sellers who actually took a photo of the numbers using their phone, and then they were able to zoom into the photo to more easily read the numbers/letter. Would you mind giving that a try?

Did you ever resolve your problem not being able to read small serial number? I am having the same problem with my damaged square reader. I don't see where I can contact square about this. Thanks.
