My chip card reader (not the contactless one) will not read cards, help
having same problem. Will not accept chip or swipe.

Check out this article in our Support Center. It should give you a few tips to try and resolve any issues you might be running into.
Make sure it's fully charged, Other than the ones that have been broken when I got them, a low battery has always been the problem when the reader won't work. The battery doesn't last very long, even without use.
had it pluged in all night and there was a green light. still does not read card. When I plug it in I get a message saying reader connected.

I recommend making sure your device is compatible with the chip card reader. If it is compatible these troubleshooting tips should help. 👍
