Multiple merchants POS

Hi Square people,
We are three alternative-medicine practitioners, running our separate practices in one office. We share rent, receptionists pay-roll, etc.
We all take credit cards for our services. Recently we started working with Dharma, and MX Merchant, using a single card reader that can split payments to our three different bank accounts. Very convenient. Before that we had one bank account where all the credit card payments went. It was very time consuming to manage, and also got us in trouble with the tax authorities since it looked like whoever is holding that account is making a lot of un-reported money...
The problem now is that we can not pass the PCI SCANS. We have all new computer equipment, fire-wall, all updated, but something about our set up fails the scan test, and our IT guy does not know how to fix it.
Is there a system, which is capable of handling multiple (at least three) merchant accounts, and does not require PCI compliance? I use my Square reader on my phone in my other, much smaller practice. I love it, but it's not practical to use in my shared office, where I don't take my own payments.

Also: We can't have our receptionists sign in and out of our Square accounts each time they take a payment.
We are at the end of our wits with this.
Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Thanks for your post, @SH59, and welcome to the seller community.

Sorry to hear about the frustration with getting everything configured. To be sure I'm on the same page, can you provide a bit more information on the issue you've been encountering with PCI compliance? Square itself is PCI compliant. For more details, have a look at this guide: PCI Compliance: What You Need to Know.

As for how payments are processed, it sounds like your receptionist is taking charge of all of the transactions. As an alternative option for making sure that payments are associated with the proper practitioner, you might want to try out our Employee Management feature. This would allow you to set up each practitioner as an employee under a single master account. From there, you could assign a four-digit passcode that would allow for efficient sign-in and payment processing (eliminates the need for the receptionist to sign in/out using an email address and password).

The drawback for this option is that deposits would still be sent to one bank account, but each practitioner's payments would be automatically recorded by Square. You could then use the Employee Sales report to make sure deposits are properly distributed thereafter. In addition, you may want to review Square Payroll to see if that would offer a solution for the multiple-bank account necessity.

I hope these suggestions help make Square a better fit for your business. Please don't hesitate to reply with any other questions or concetns.
