We are a coffee shop and want to offer rewards only on our coffee and not on our food. When I go in and create reward rules based on drinks only, it doesn't give me an option for per transaction. Instead if someone orders 3 drinks they get 3 rewards.
Is there a way to add a setting for specific items or categories per transaction?
Hey @batsontf,
Tagging some Super Sellers who use Loyalty here for input!

Not sure if this will solve your issue but worth a shot. I have my loyalty rewards set to give 1 star for every 20 dollars spent per transaction. When the customer has earned 10 stars then they have a 10% discount available in the system for them to use. Doing it this way bases it on transaction amount instead of per item amount
Hey @batsontf
I believe Square just added a feature to exclude certain categories from Loyalty per transaction, so this could be a solution for you by excluding food.
Thank you! That is what we have right now, but we are looking at it to be on drinks only and not on everything else. Currently there is not a way to stay on "per visit" and exclude items. This is what I was asking could be possible.
