Is there a way to customize the Appointments booking tool form?

I am having problems receiving the information once my customers are filling it out. They are stating they are filling out my form but I don’t receive any of their info. Please help this is driving me crazy!!

@Danielle72 I'm sorry for the frustration this is causing!

 

I recommend making sure you're using the latest version of the Appointments app (v 3.1.3) on your iOS device.

 

Or, if you're using your online Square Dashboard, make sure you've signed in using the correct email address and password. If you have multiple accounts you'll only see your customer's information from the Appointments Dashboard when you've signed in to the account that has an active subscription.

 

If you're still having trouble please go ahead and call our Support team so we can investigate this further!
