Is there a way to allow people on my Custom Order page to only pay 20% down to place an order?

I have been setting up my online store so it is split between Available Now & Custom Orders. Is there a way to allow people on the Custom Order page to only pay 20% (a deposit) when placing an order while still listing the entire price on the items as they shop?  

it is probably very self-evident for you all and others, but I am at a loss trying to figure it out.  Thanks for reading!

As far as I know, the only way to charge a percentage of the cost with square is through appointments where you can charge a downpayment. I'm not sure that would work for you, but it might be an avenue to explore.
