Is there a report that shows customer data (i.e. name and billing info) for a specific time period?

I work for an NPO and we used a Square device to collect donations at a fundraiser this morning.  I would like to export names and addresses of each donor for purpose of sending thank you notes.  Is there any way to do this?

I can try to help, how did you collect all the data for your guests?

Square dashboard>Customers>Directory>Export All   Then itemize by date, and you should have your list.

Or

Try going to your square dashboard>Sales>Transactions>Export>Item Details.

This will give you names and data of customers if you collected it through a sale or donation via CC, or you entered there data as a customer.

It really depends on how you've collected your donor info. If you've done that manually by creating a profile for each donor to keep track of them then you can follow the instructions that Fresh1 posted

Otherwise these are the steps in order to contact donors that were automatically added through the payments transaction info (provided that they shared their emails in order to get a receipt):

1. Go to Customers Directory
2. In the Customer Directory Select the "All" group and Sort by "Most Recent Visit".
3. Follow these instructions to email them.
