First off, thanks for signing up with Square!

 

Can you explain this a bit more? If you signed up with a referral link or through a promotion, then your free processing should be automatically applied.

 

If you're not seeing the amount that should've been applied, since this is an account-specific issue (and this site is public), please write into our Support team and they'll look into the free processing for you: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact

I didn't get free processing.  I signed up under my friend's referral.  Her business is Beautify Royale.  It said we would both get free processing, but I got charged for my transfer I just did. This is the link I signed up under.  My business is Inspired Pieces 4 U

Why didn't I get my free processing after I referred someone.  I choose free processing as my reward but I was charged for my latest transaction

I was supposed to be getting the square rate of 0. I have used this square and have met all of the qualification.   Not sure why it hasbt changed

I signed up a month ago and I am suppose to get free transactions of a 1000.00 for 6 months. Yesterday it began charging the fee and I did not know to charge my customer. Who or how do I get this resolved?
