Ok, I feel silly because this has to be easy. I can't find the "Orders" page/screen/section in the iPad App. I'm supposed to be using the Square Point of Sale App, right? I'm logged in and I see these links on the left menu:
Checkout
Invoices
Transactions
Reports
Customers
Items
Settings
Support
But that's it. I don't see a hamburger menu icon (like I've seen in many of the online articles about Pickup Order Management). Please tell me how I can get to this on my iPad???
I'm not sure how that appears. maybe its only there when there are orders. @katieand any advice on how this works?
Hey @PreOrder_Apps, yes the Orders option should appear below Checkout from the Point of Sale app on an iPad. Can you try these app troubleshooting steps?
Or have you set up your Square account and your Online Store yet? If you still aren't seeing the orders option let me know and I'll escalate this to our CS team for you.
When I first configured the Square online I was able to see a box popup on the square stand to let me know an order had arrived. It stopped doing this. I have followed the links and tried to find the settings listed but I cannot get remote order notifications to work on the site. I need to have pickup orders to notify the staff so that coffee can be made. I need the community to help to solve this ASAP. Thanks in advance.
