App issues

I submitted an application for square to be able to use charge cards for my plant buisness. Everything was going well untill I got the text to download the app. I was at a store at the time and executed download. Unfortuanatley, it wouldn't download because I didn't have access to wifi in the business. I figured I could just download it when I got home. I've been unsuccessful. I've been going through the download procedures as asked by the app store, but when I list my cell phone number to the text box it continues to reject it. Thus, I have no square app on my phone to date. I have verification for the bank account etc, but no app. Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry for the frustration here!

 

Yes, you'll need an Internet connection to download the app, but the app shouldn't be giving you trouble beyond that. To find the Square app, go to http://square.com/app If you're still having trouble, check out these tips: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4992-app-and-account-troubleshooting

How do I log in on my phone?  When I put the reader in I get only a circle.

Hey @ronwan - sorry to hear your issues with our App. 

 

Just so I understand you incorrectly, are you getting a continuous loading circle when you try to log into the POS app? If so, look at @Chad's post above that includes a link to our troubleshooting page.
