How to turn off autofill address feature in Square

I am new to Square and have appreciated the ease of use on my end, but have one hiccough with the checkout on my customer's end. At checkout, they can only see the address, but not city and state. Even if they fill in city and state, it still asks them to then enter manually, but erases what they've already entered. I'm concerned this will turn purchasers away. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

I realized this is only happening with the PO Box addresses. Works fine with street addys.
