How to set up the sale with all credit cards? As deleted by accident!

Please show me how to install the payment by all credit cards icon back to Square app (accidents deletes) of my business! Now my app doesn’t taken any types of credit cards?!

As far as I know, there isn't a way to eliminate taking credit cards.  you can turn on and off other forms of payment like shown in @HC_Charlie comment.  Are you trying to charge more than $1?  if it is less than $1 I do not believe credit card will be an option.
