Loyalty Program Enrollment Screen Not Showing

I just signed up for the Loyalty Program. However, in running some transactions, the enrollment screen for customers is not showing up after their purchase. Also, I was told a new cutomer group for loyalty subscribers would show up, but I do not see that in my list of customer groups. Any ideas out there?

We're facing a similar situation. The loyalty enrollment screen won't show after transactions. Does anyone have any insight into this?

Thanks for reaching out! I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community 👋 🙂

 

Is the location you're using Loyalty at ticked in your Loyalty Settings here? Also keep in mind that the the enrolment screen will only appear if the minimum purchase amount has been reached.

Hey Arie,

 

We figured it out.

 

The customer needs to select if they need a receipt or not. The sign up screen shows after that.
