When my customers use the online store they can schedule the time and date they will be picking up their order. However, sometimes the customer calls in the order so we make a ticket for each order. The problem is that sometimes the order is for a few days out and there is no place for me on Tickets to schedule time and date other than to write it in. So this throws off my Online schedule.
Is there any way in the POS that I can get this done?

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!
