How to organize items in on line store?

Items in the on line store are listed as entered.  Can they be organized by category?

HI, you can arrange items with the Editor.

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, top left Page: Home down arrow, select Shop All, select Item List, select Arrange & add items, Arrangement, drop down Select Value

I get to “Arrange and Add”.  The next screen on offers “Arrange”.  I don’t get the “Arrangement” or the “Select Value” options.
