How to get payment if error occurred during transaction?

I’m new to square  some one want to pay me by card so I entered the information and the connections was slow it say error my my clien left ,later I look at it was no charge how I’m gonna get pay thx

You cannot let a customer leave before a payment has processed and been verified.  Hopefully, you have contact information to get them to come back because that is the only way you are going to get paid for transactions that fail or come back declined.
