Can I pay an employee without them checking in and out?
Is it possible to pay someone without them checking in and out of square? For Example if I know they’ve worked 30 hours this week is it possible to pay them for the 30 hours via Square and have it sent to their checking account.
Yes just manually add their time in the payroll feature. But they need to be a registered employee in the system just not having used the timecard. You can create a manual entry and then import the time cards for payroll.
