How to even get started!?

It won't let me order a device when I tried to sign up on mobile.

It won't let me order a device and instead directs me to my account setup.

It won't let me customize my receipt, even without a logo.

 

Is this just a complete trash fire and I should immediately find out how to have my data removed?

Hello @palletology850 thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble getting starting using Square. When it directs you to your account setup...what is it asking from you? It sounds like there is some incomplete information on your account that needs inputted before moving you on to the next steps.

 

If you already have a username/password, you can try signing into your Dashboard from a desktop computer and see if you are able to complete your setup from there.

I have attempted to complete this on the desktop site.

I followed all the mobile site steps and that's where it initially failed. Why should I expect that the mobile site walk-through would ask me to complete a task that isn't yet ready to be completed? Again, I ask, is this just a trash fire of a merchant services solution?
