I have gone to settings>checkout>advanced and made sure shipping was selected as the default fulfillment method yet when on my website it automatically defaults to in store pickup and doesn't let the customer choose shipping as an option. Is my account restricted since I am a CBD retailer? I am part of the CBD pilot program for square and all of my descriptions are compliant.

From our CBD Program Frequently Asked Questions article, there are no restrictions regarding shipping besides shipping to countries where CBD is not allowed.
