As of right now, the bank verification process takes approximately 4 business days. This is necessary to ensure safe and secure transfer of your funds. Because they've already debited and credited the one cent from your bank account, that tells me the verification process has definitely begun for your Square account. 

You can always check your bank’s verification status from your Square Dashboard at any time. It will give you the estimated date that your bank account will be verified and linked to start receiving transfers.
